1.How long do your items take to be made?
The majority of our items take approximately 14 to 21 working days to be handcrafted, with some of our more elaborate, diamond-set pieces taking up to 28 weeks. If you would like to receive your jewellery sooner, we can in some cases speed up the workshop process. This, however, depends on the nature of the jewellery design. Please note, there may be a rush order fee of up to $300.
2.What happens if I order the wrong ring size?
Not to worry! Ring size can be tricky, especially if you are planning a surprise proposal. This is why your first resize is always free of charge if you return your ring within 30 days. Resizing takes approximately 10-15 working days from the day we receive your item.
Please note that certain designs, such as full-set diamond eternity rings, cannot be resized. For more information, please contact our customer service team.
3.Are your gemstones natural?
We are using 100% natural gemstones.
4.Can I have my jewellery engraved?
We offer free engraving on most of our engagement rings and wedding bands to make your ring a unique and memorable mark. If engraving is available for your selection, it will be presented at the item page.
4.What Can I Engrave?
Personal ring engravings can be any alphanumeric combination up to 12 characters in length.
